Do you ship Packages to APO/FPO addresses?
We support ship to APO and FPO military addresses using US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please allow for an additional two to three week delivery time with APO/FPO orders.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We ship from China, standard shipping arrival time is usually 15 days to 30 days. Average 20 days to arrive.

How do I change an order after It has been placed?
If you want revise any information with your order, please Contact us as soon as possible. Changes made more than 24 hours after time of purchase will be charged with 30% restocking fee.
How can I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled in 24 hours after placing the order. Contact wasmoon@126.com to cancel the order. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be charged with 30% restocking fee.
Why I didn't get a confirmation / shipping email?
After placing an order you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. We ask you to review your items and shipment address. Therefore, it is important to provide us with a valid email address.

Return & Refund
Return Service Procedure:
To request a return, please contact our customer service. One of our reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us at wasmoon@126.com.
If it is a quality issue, please provide an order# and attach clear photos of the items that represent the issue.
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
